How to take your measurements:
For best results, have a friend take measurements. You will need cloth tape measure and a full length mirror. Take measurements undressed or in lightweight clothes. Pull the tape measure snug, but not too tight. Keep your arms at your side and don't slouch! Stand up nice and tall.
Bust
Measure around the shoulder blades, under the armpits and over the fullest part of the bust.
Natural Waistline
Find your natural waistline and measure.
Low Waist Measure between hip bone and 2 inches below the navel
Hip
Measure the fullest part of the hip (usually about 7-9 inches below the waist)
Bra Size
1. Wear a comfortable bra and measure the rib cage just below the breast. If the number is 33 or less, add 5 inches to that number and that is your bra size. Over 33 inches add 3 inches to get you bra size. Both ways, round odd numbers up to even.
2. Then take measurement of the bust around the fullest part. When you subtract the last number (fullest part) by the measurement of bra size (or your rib cage), you'll come up with a number used to determine cup size by using the chart below (the A, B,C, etc. cup chart). For example, if your bra size was 36 and your cup measurement was 38, the difference is 2" so you would wear a 36B.
Use this chart:
AA = 1/2"
A = 1"
B = 2"
C = 3"
D = 4"
DD or E = 5"
F = 6"
G = 7"
Tips
-UK sizes may seem the same as U.S. women's, but are generally about a size smaller (a U.S. 8 is about a UK 10). To find your European size, you can add 30 to your size. A U.S. 6 is a Euro 36. Always refer to size charts for fit!

Shipping & Handling
General Shipping Information
Because the credit card confirmation process can take up to 48 hours, orders are not shipped until this process has been completed.
Please also note that UPS does not operate on Sundays, and UPS Ground and 3 Day Shipments are not accepted on Saturdays. If you place your order on Friday after 12pm MST, or on Saturday using UPS Ground or 3 Day Service, your order will not be processed until the following Monday. Any UPS 2 Day or Next Day Shipments that are made on Saturday will need to be in before 12pm MST, otherwise they will not go out until Monday.
For example: If you choose 2 Day Air you should expect to receive your order within 4 business days.
Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00pm MST will begin processing that day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm MST will not begin processing until the following business day.
Domestic: Domestic orders can be shipped UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, or UPS 2 Day Air. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Hawaii and Alaska destination: For customers shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, there are only 2 shipping options available: UPS 2 Day Air. If you choose any other shipping option at checkout, the shipping will default to UPS 2 Day Air at $20. The $20 shipping cost is automatically charged to your order.
Purchasing for Separate Destinations: If you are purchasing gifts that you would like to have shipped to multiple destinations, please complete a separate order for each item that you would like to have shipped to a different destination.
Returns & Shipping
If you choose to refuse any shipments from DressYourBodyType.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and or customs charges that are incurred on the package (for both original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to DressYourBodyType.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Lost Package: Risk of loss and title for merchandise purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping Timelines: Ground: Expect delivery within 5-7 business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse.
3 Day Select: Expect delivery within 3 business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse.
2 Day Air: Expect delivery within 2 business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse.
International Orders: At this time, Dressyourbodytype.com only provides shipping for United States and Canada.
Orders being shipped to Canada may vary depending on the amount of items purchased and the current shipping rates.

General Return and Exchange Information:
Because we feel that it is our duty to provide you with the best possible customer service, we try to make the return process as easy and painless as possible.
While we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make at DressYourBodyType.com, please note that all return items must be returned in the condition that they were received-i.e. not worn, altered, or washed, and with all original tags attached.
If these conditions are met, and the item is in perfect re-sellable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping charges. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges on regular returns, unless the goods were defective or you were shipped incorrect merchandise (see below for details). Exchanged items can only be mailed out to you after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Once your package has been received by us, your refund will be processed in within 5 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Special Items:
Shoes: Upon receiving your shoes, check the sizing by trying them on indoors, on a carpeted surface so as not to blemish the soles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shoes that are scuffed, marked, or worn. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original designer shoe box, undamaged and free of postal labels. Footwear returns without the original designer packaging will not be accepted.
Sale Items: Sale items (an item marked down from its original retail price) cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned sale item or items, the package will be returned to you, a customer care representative will notify you via email, and you will not receive a refund.
Special Orders: All special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. This is because we do not manufacture our products and therefore do not offer any warranty. Note that we will pay for the return shipping of incorrectly filled orders as a courtesy to you.
How To Return Your Order --- Client needs to be able to pull up a PDF file of the return/exchange form.

Fill out our Return/Exchange Form:
- Check the appropriate box indicating whether you want a refund or an exchange.
- Check the appropriate box indicating the reason for the return. If your reason is not listed, check the "Other" box and list your reason for the return. Please be as detailed as possible.
- Fill in the "Exchange With" section if you are making an exchange.
- Print out the Return/Exchange Form and place it inside the plastic label pouch provided in the package to be returned.
Please return the merchandise with the original packaging if possible. Do not forget to include both the Return/Exchange Form and Packing Slip into the plastic label pouch provided, folded with the "Ship To: address facing forward. Attach the label pouch on the outside of your package.
We also ask that when you send us a return shipment, please indicate with your carrier that we require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are left outside of our warehouse by the shipper, as we will not be able to confirm that the package has been received by a customer care representative from our Return/Exchange Department.
We recommend that you insure your return packages to DressYourBodyType.com. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. In the event of any failure to return goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly canceled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
