Special night planned for Valentine’s? It’s only a week away and a special occasion equals special attire.  Shop DressYourBodyType for the perfect outfit.

Unfortuntely, not everyone feels the love.  Some love to celebrate any occasion. They work hard to put together the perfect table sitting and then with much added detail, they plan a lovely and delightful meal for two. I am becoming more and more like this as I get older. I know I never thought it would come to this.

Anyway, for those who are not so domestic and would be whether continue hating Valentine’s day, I would like to suggest a few other things you can do.

Hang out with Close Friends

Gather together with friends for dinner and a movie. Or have them over for wine and chocolate. Catch up on much needed gossiping.

Babysit

Offer to babysit for your sister while she and her husband goes out. You won’t regret it. Besides, when it comes to childern bonding starts at an early age.

Break out those baking Supplies

Pick out a couple recipes like cupcakes or cookies. Make them for friends, co-workers, neighbors and family. Add some detail and attitude to each batch or custom design them according to the person. You will be feeling the love.

Write a letter

Send a letter to someone you haven’t talked to in a while. A handwritten letter takes time and the receiver knows this.

I hope this helps make your Valentine’s Day a little less of a dread.
