DressYourBodyType is more than about trying to look a certain way. It's more than trends and styles. DressYourBodyType is here to help women of all different shapes and sizes find who they are on the inside and let it shine on the outside. Despite all the frustrations of clothing, you still want to express what's inside. Here you will find not just a piece of clothing but a transformation. Sometimes, sticking to all the rules of styling can be a bit boring and intimidating.
Here at DressYourBodyType, we try our best to go beyond that. We want to reach that youthful, fun, not so serious, creative, expressive, girly, whimsical, and colorful side. Why not? You only have this one moment why not be you in it. By incorporating your body type, the styles that fit your figure and your inner style, you will look and feel like a new person on the inside. You, yourself, will know that's how you were all along but now the world will see who you truly are. . . who knows maybe an 
inspiration to someone.
About the Founder: Jaylynn Perkins, President
After graduating in 2007 from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in San Diego, I realized it was time to start my own business. I started very small by traveling to Los Angeles. I bought handbags and jewelry and began selling them on consignment in salons in my area. Shortly after, my husband and I moved back to Texas. I was in limbo of what to do next. That's when DressYourBodyType.com started.
It has truly been a blessing and personal journey to have my own business. I always knew I would be a business owner. If I could tell anyone at this point what to expect, it would be… Expect to face all your fears and there will be tons of hurdles to jump. I have learned to pace myself and not jump ahead too quickly.
In the end, it is truly a blessing to have something of my own to share with others. I thank God everyday for allowing this to continue.
I can't wait to see what this year will bring. I look forward to the new customers that will click through the site and learn more about their body type. I hope you will visit again.
For the annual shows we participate in, I look forward to meeting new faces and shopping with customers that have became friends. It is a true blessing to live not only in Texas but in the Hill Country. We are always excited to be apart of the festivities in the area. One event you won't want to miss is the Hill Country Market at the YO Resort Hotel in Kerrville. Each year I attend and set up, I meet wonderful people that lift up DressYourBodyType's potential and encourage its success.

DressYourBodyType has finally planted its roots in its hometown of Kerrville, Texas with a new store called Corabells. With a fresh concept and a quaint ambiance, Corabells will be Kerrville's leading specialty boutique providing unique, hand-picked clothing for the women of the Hill Country.
The Corabell boutique will be located in The Historic Garden District at 800 Earl Garrett, Kerrville, TX 78028, next door to the soon-to-be-opened hair spa, Tart. The two businesses plan to be open mid-summer and will be marked by an all-out celebration featuring live music, drinks and more. Tart and Corabells will also play host to informative beauty parties, trunk shows, fashion shows, and more.
